With a background as a Chartered Professional Accountant (or CPA) from a Big 4 firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers or PwC), combined with a deep love for music, I bridge the gap between creativity and structure to build scalable systems that power sustainable growth.
My mission is to unleash the operational potential behind music projects by designing custom systems, automations, and workflows that support big visions to amplify impact.

Client Portfolio: Powerhouse DJ School (PhDJ)
The Challenge
When I joined PhDJ as a student in the first cohort, the program was visionary but it was running without any real systems or infrastructure needed to support that vision.
With 30 students, two calls per week for 8 months, and countless moving parts, the back-end was messy, inefficient, and very manual. I could see the potential was huge, and there was an incredible opportunity to use my skills to revolutionise how PhDJ operated. So I created a proposal and pitched myself to the founder with a clear vision of how I could completely uplevel the back-end of PhDJ.
And that’s how I went from being a student to PhDJ’s first hire before I graduated.
Powerhouse DJ School (PhDJ) is a global education program with a one-of-a-kind approach to building unforgettable dancefloors. Led by international DJ, Tasha Blank, their 8 month program transforms emerging leaders into DJs who create dance floors that connect, rewire our nervous system, and reimagine how we move together.
It's 100% way more than just a DJ school.
The Results
Four years and 150 graduates from 23 countries later, we are enrolling our 5th cohort with our last being the largest enrollment and revenue numbers to date. Check out our global growing community of DJ alumni rocking dancefloors all over the world.
Key Systems I Created

Streamlined 600+ DJ applications into a centralized, easy-to-navigate system that tracked progress, contact history, and enrollment status, saving hours, reducing manual work, and keeping every applicant organized from start to finish.

Built a dynamic master tracker that auto-updates when new students are accepted and feeds four other systems — keeping data synced across finance, coaching, skills assessments, and logistics.

Connected the budget directly to enrollment so every new student instantly updates projected revenue and proportional coach payouts. Created automated subscription tracking to show live spend vs. budget for a real-time financial snapshot.

Created a structured system for 54 students and 10 leadership members to track weekly mix submissions, feedback pairings, and a student progress bringing flow and structure to one of the program’s most important and interactive components.

Built a centralized scheduling system powered by one data source that auto-updates both team and student calendars with filtered, relevant details, removing the need for duplicate updates and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
